Chair Yoga with The Hive Thursdays, 1/13, 2/10, 3/10, 4/14, 10 AM If you are curious about a yoga practice but have concerns about getting down to the floor, join Melissa Platten of The Hive for an interactive 45-minute session of chair yoga, breathing exercises, and silent meditation. While you use the entire body to the best of your ability in class, you'll either be seated in the chair, standing near the chair, and/or creatively using the chair or wall for support.
