Kits are available for children, teens, and adults. All kits contain the instructions and most supplies needed to create a craft for outdoor fun. Quantities are limited. Who Tells Your Story Thursdays at 6:30 PM June 10, July 8, and August 12 Who Tells Your Story is an all ages book discussion group featuring author visits from Own Voices authors, or authors who are from a marginalized group writing about their own experiences. This summer we will feature virtual author visits from Ami Polonsky, Saadia Faruqui, Laura Shovan, and Lisa Fipps! Join us at the Gazebo on Main Street. Goat Yoga Friday, June 4, 6 PM Join our friends from Gaga for Goats and Grounded Yoga & Wellness, LLC for a unique, interactive experience. Goat yoga combines the relaxation and fitness of a yoga class with adorable baby goats! All ages and abilities are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat or a towel. This event is free, but donations for the Old Grafton School's new community garden are welcome. Masks and social distancing are required for this outdoor program. Be sure to gather at the Old Grafton School for this event. Splatter Paint Saturday, July 10 Kids & Parents - 10 AM Teens - 11 AM and Adults - 12 PM Get in touch with your inner Jackson Pollock and try splatter painting. Sign up for one of our five-minute appointment slots. Things will get messy so please dress appropriately. The rain date is Saturday, July 17th with the same times. Cirque du Papier Thursday, July 22, 1 PM With dexterity, quick wit, and knowledge of origami, Michael Roy Baldridge inspires and creates folded paper creations. Join us and you could go home with a cherished keepsake. Family Binge Boxes Friday, July 23, 4 PM In the middle of a great summer staycation? Looking for family fun? Settle in for a movie marathon with one of our binge boxes. Register your family for a binge box containing 4 to 6 movies and snacks based on a surprise theme. One binge box per family, please. You need a library card to check out a binge box. Starlight Movie Theater Friday, August 13, 7 PM Join us at the Old Grafton School for a family-friendly community event. Starting at 7:00 pm, participate in a fun crafting project, listen to a paranormal lecture, or tour the school. Once the sun goes down, enjoy a nostalgic film. If you want to know what we are showing, take part in our summer scavenger hunt. We will provide snacks and bug spray. Please bring your own chairs and blankets. Miranda is excited at the opportunity to show a great movie featuring ghost hunters at the "Starlight Movie Theater."
